What Did Betrian Need? 

To support a real-time train positioning system, Betrian required a custom embedded hardware solution with high processing performance. The system had to track the position of railway vehicles with centimeter-level accuracy to improve both safety and operational efficiency.

We designed a six-layer PCB, which delivered key benefits:

  • NVIDIA module compatibility – Supports Jetson Nano, Xavier NX, and Origin Nano 
  • Rich connectivity – HDMI, Ethernet, USB-C, 2× USB 2.0, U-SIM connector, Camera CSI socket, and Quectel EM05 for 4G LTE 
  • Durability in harsh conditions – Includes thermal management, EMC protection, and mechanical resistance to vibration 

All of this was integrated into a compact format suitable for installation in tight spaces — a common requirement in rail applications.
